Presidential candidate Keiko Fujimori has spoken out in favour of her father's "self-coup" of 1992, when he dissolved congress. An interesting view of democracy from someone looking to be the head of state in a democracy. But she has promised that she wouldn't do such a thing herself. Well, that's alright then, isn't it?
